PT1
| This design we call the PT1, it's nice proportions and light weight make it extremely enjoyable to play. The top and back are made from birds-eye maple; the center and neck are made from mahogany. The body is a semi-hollow design that makes it light weight, as well as, allowing you to play it unamplified. Besides the shape, the electronics help make this mandolin unique. This mandolin is equiped with a Dimarzio rail pickup near the neck, and GraphTech Ghost saddles pickups on the bridge. For those of you who are unfimiliar with GraphTech, they are one of the leading companies piezo pickups. The blend of the two gives this mandolin and incredible sound. |
